Our AWEX carton-strippers are suitable for:

    • That depends on various factors:

  • height of the stack
  • numbers of layers
  • amount of waste
  • material

    • Basically, it should be said that with an AWEX carton-stripper you are at least 10 times faster than removing the die-cut waste by hand. Just have a look at our video.


    Of course, that depends on how often you use the AWEX carton-stripper.
    Just see the time it takes to remove the waste by hand.
    With the AWEX carton-stripper this work is done in a fraction of the time.

    This depends on several factors:

  • Do you have a sufficient compressed air system?
  • Which kind of material do you want to process with the AWEX carton-stripper?
  • Over 95% of our customers worldwide use and prefer the AWEX-T2 and they are very satisfied with it. So the probability is very high that the AWEX-T2 is also very well suitable for your processing.

    In principle, there is no size limit. For long pieces of waste, the AWEX carton-stripper should simply be used alternately (right-left-right-left...). Of course, shorter die cut waste can be removed much faster.

    The warranty is 1 year.
    Excluded from the warranty are wear parts such as:
    chains, ball bearings of chain guide, chain cover und rotor fins.
    The warranty also expires in case of damage caused by the customer. For example due to improper maintenance and / or improper use and unauthorised repairs during the warranty.

    Each device comes with an illustrated user manual, which will familiarise you with the device immediately.
    Manuals are available in: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Swedish.

    You can order directly from us or at our local distribution partners.
    If we have a distribution partner in your country, we reserve the right to forward your request to this distribution partner.

    For repairs and service, please notify us by e-mail before shipping, to guarantee a fast processing. Repairs and service are done by us in Germany. If you have purchased the AWEX from one of our distribution partners, please contact him first.

    Spare parts can be ordered directly from us or from our distribution partners from whom you purchased the device.

    The service life of the AWEX chain depends on several factors:

  • duration of use
  • observe chain tension according to the manual
  • configuration or type of material to be processed
  • careful handling of the chain
  • Avoid contact of the chain with the concrete floor (contact with hard surfaces in general) and with nails in the wooden pallet.
  • Maintenance. (we recommend to spray some oil (eg Ballistol universal oil) on the chain after the end of each shift. This measure extends the service life of the chain by a multiple.

    • If you keep these points in mind, a chain can last for several years.

    With our chain maintenance kit you can repair the chain by yourself.
    For additional tools you only need a vise, a hammer, a grinder or angle grinder or a turbo grinder.
    We recommend to order a reserve-chain to avoid a stoppage.
    You can also send us the chain for repair.
    A resharpening of the chain is possible up to three times depending on the degree of wear. Just send us the chain for resharpening.

    On the AWEX-T2, AWEX-T2D and AWEX-EL5, our T2 and T2W chains can be mounted.
    Due to the design, only the 8mm chains can be used on the AWEX-8.
