In principle, there is no size limit. For long pieces of waste, the AWEX carton-stripper should simply be used alternately (right-left-right-left...). Of course, shorter die cut waste can be removed much faster.

The warranty is 1 year.
Excluded from the warranty are wear parts such as:

For repairs and service, please notify us by e-mail before shipping, to guarantee a fast processing. Repairs and service are done by us in Germany. If you have purchased the AWEX from one of our distribution partners, please contact him first.

The service life of the AWEX chain depends on several factors:

With our chain maintenance kit you can repair the chain by yourself.
For additional tools you only need a vise, a hammer, a grinder or angle grinder or a turbo grinder.
We recommend to order a reserve-chain to avoid a stoppage.
You can also send us the chain for repair.
A resharpening of the chain is possible up to three times depending on the degree of wear. Just send us the chain for resharpening.

On the AWEX-T2, AWEX-T3, AWEX-T4 and AWEX-EL5, our T2 and T2W chains can be mounted.
Converting from the T2 chain to the 8mm chain or vice versa is only possible with great effort and requires complete dismantling of the gearbox. We can carry out this work for you upon request.
